Thanks to you, our wonderful guests, we have achieved another great guest service score of 8.32/10 for the month of December. This may seem trivial for some but we’re very proud of it because it has earned us another A and proves that we continue to improve and provide our guests with the best value their money can buy. As a General Manager there is nothing I’d like to see than smiles and encouragements from our guests. We’ll continue to work hard and make sure all of our guests will enjoy their stays with us.
