My best friend and I were booked there in January for a race event at Disneyland. Due to a medical situation (not life threatening :) we were unable to stay at your hotel. Erwin at the front desk went out of his way to convey our situation to the owner of the hotel. Though you were under no obligation to do so, you allowed us to check out without making any payment, even though we had already checked in and had given no notice before needing to leave. You could reasonable have charged us for the night yet you did not - out of compassion and understanding. We will never forget this. And we will recommend you highly to everyone we know!
